I started weaving during lockdown and immediately knew that I had found my craft.  Over the past few years, I  have developed a freestyle of weaving which is inspired by my daily walks along our lovely northern coastal beach of Whitley Bay and walks in the stunning Northumberland countryside.  You may see the dramatic, ever-changing palette of colours reflected in my pieces.  From brilliant blue skies, to stormy seas, to the greens and yellows of the coastline.  The random beauty of nature motivates me to create individual handwoven pieces that are influenced by colour and texture.

I love working with high quality, natural yarns such as merino, lambswool, mohair, alpaca and cotton to create luxuriously soft textiles which will add a special touch to any home or outfit
